Since its launch, the HiveXchange has connected Australian growers and wholesale suppliers to new buyers in new markets, using a digital platform that continues to break new ground. With their latest series of announcements, they’ve again demonstrated how Australian made digital market innovation is empowering growers to trade more freely into national and export markets.

Traditionally it has been risky for growers to send product to a new buyer in a new market. However, growers increasingly want to find new buyers to diversify their channels and maximise returns. To support this, the HiveXchange recently announced the launch of a payment guarantee for sales completed inside the HiveXchange platform. Suppliers who make a sale in the HiveXchange digital marketplace will receive payment within 21 days of shipping to a buyer in any market – domestic or export.
